Giorgio Armani S.p.A., founded in 1975 by Giorgio Armani and Sergio Galeotti, is today one of the world's leading fashion and lifestyle companies. It designs, manufactures, distributes and retails fashion and lifestyle products including apparel, accessories, eyewear, watches, jewellery, fragrances, cosmetics, skincare and home furnishings under a range of labels. These include Giorgio Armani Privé, Giorgio Armani, Armani Collezioni, Emporio Armani, AJ|Armani Jeans, A|X Armani Exchange, and Armani/Casa.

An Armani Hotels & Resorts division was established by Giorgio Armani S.p.A. in 2005 at its Milan headquarters, where Giorgio Armani himself has been personally directing the design development with a dedicated team.
