From curry leaves and tamarind to peppercorns, coconut, and chillies, South Indian cuisine is characterised by a heady mix of spicy, sweet, sour accents that come together to create a deliciously unique flavour profile.

Armani/Amal’s chefs have mingled and married a tantalising array of spices and ingredients to deliver a set menu of authentic dishes, including a curry leaf-fragranced prawn pollichathu, coconut-infused chargrilled sea bream, all-time favourite Chicken 65, lamb pepper fry, and Andhra fish curry; plus vegetarian delights such as sambhar lentil stew and broccolini and asparagus poriyal. Room for more? Finish with a classic jaggery, coconut and cashew rice pudding.
