Armani Hotel Milano, a five-star luxury hotel that embodies sophisticated elegance with its minimalist design, nestled in the heart of Milan’s fashion district, offers an unparalleled blend of comfort and style, featuring refined dining, a serene spa, and bespoke service tailored to each guest’s needs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as the first point of contact in the hotel lobby, assisting guests with any inquiries or requests.
• Welcome and manage all walk-in guests efficiently and professionally.
• Support the Supervisors and Managers with administrative tasks as required.
• Run operational reports and promptly communicate any discrepancies to relevant departments.
• Stay up to date with expected arrivals and departures to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships to enhance their stay.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments in the spirit of teamwork.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including storage control reports.
• Uphold and promote Armani’s Values and Culture Characteristics.
• Ensure punctuality and adherence to hotel service standards at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries both in person and over the phone with professionalism.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow hotel safety procedures.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, including local, national, and international calls.
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Stay informed about special programs, hotel events, and city attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERTISE
• Strong knowledge of Front Office operations, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent work ethic and people-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Milan’s attractions, events, and cultural scene.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
•Work with his/her best abilities to ensure that high quality, creativity, freshness and preparation according to set standards is given at all times.
•Assist all ambassadors in running the day to day operation of an area in the kitchen.
•Follow at all times standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain set standards of quality in production and presentation.
•Ensure hotel property, facilities, kitchen and all areas are kept by the ambassadors himself in very good condition.
•Be familiar with the emergency procedures and be in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur.
•Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required.
•Ensure grooming and personal hygiene according to hotel policies.
 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE
•Previous experience in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel.
•At least 2 years experience at same level.
•Good English and additional languages desirable.
•Excellent communication and organization skills.
•Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure.
