Two maestros of Michelin-starred Italian gastronomy come together this February – for one night only – with a celebration of culinary multiculturalism as part of Gulfood’s prestigious Dubai World Cuisine series of events.

As part of the Dubai World Cuisine movement - a new chef-driven movement launched by Gulfood that aims to provide a platform for UAE-based chefs to collaboratively shape the cultural identity of Dubai, and further establish the city as a global culinary capital. Chef Chicco Cerea of acclaimed three Michelin star Da Vittorio in Bergamo, Italy joins Giovanni Papi in the Armani/Ristorante kitchen for a four-hands, eight-course degustation showcasing each chef’s own distinctive roots and legacy. Expect elements of tradition suffused with delectable modern inspiration… and a gastronomic surprise or two.
