Seafood delights include uni oba tempura with truffle mayo, a trio of seasonal sashimi, and spicy crab soup, while the most tender wagyu striploin is served with a spicy sesame teriyaki sauce. And the dessert finale offers a whimsical upscale take on the traditional shaved ice dish, known as kakigōri, for a fruity flavour explosion.
