As the sakura cherry blossoms start to fall across Japan, we pay tribute to the arrival of Spring in the east with a menu that celebrates the best of seasonal flavours.

Share in the umami celebration at a unique dining occasion featuring a six-course tasting menu with dishes personally selected by Chef Kyungmin as symbolic of this most special season. Seafood delights include uni oba tempura with truffle mayo, a trio of seasonal sashimi, and spicy crab soup, while the most tender wagyu striploin is served with a spicy sesame teriyaki sauce. And the dessert finale offers a whimsical upscale take on the traditional shaved ice dish, known as kakigōri, for a fruity flavour explosion.
