Sardinian mullet bottarga paired with spiny artichoke and a celery mayo is the wow opener, followed by a succession of exciting dishes such as veal ragout gnocchetti with pecorino fondue, the signature Sardinian fregula with lobster and caviar, and classic dish of lamb saddle with chickpeas, fennel and green olives.
