A season of live music with a view on the rooftops of the city

Located on the seventh floor of Armani Hotel Milano, the venue, dressed with an elegant and contemporary decor, monthly hosts music performances, turning the ambience into a music lounge whose design stands out amongst the sparkling lights that bright up the sky above Milan.

Artists from the Italian and international music scene will star in a full calendar of events, making Armani/Bamboo Bar a meeting place for all music enthusiasts.

23^rd January JAZZ LAG

The Jazz Lag were born in 2010 as a musical ensemble with multiple influences, guided by the singular beacon of Jazz illuminating their path. Embarking on an intense musical journey around the world, filled with midnight kisses and vintage elegance, they traverse the music of great American, Italian, and French masters. With their music, they have performed in numerous clubs in northern Italy, as well as at festivals such as JazzMi, the Royal Swing Festival in Turin, the Hot Swing Club in Florence, and Your Swing Festival in Genoa. They made their mark on the prestigious stage of Castello Sforzesco in Milan. They have also ventured internationally, serving as ambassadors of Italian swing in France, Austria, Slovenia, Dubai Expo, and most recently, at the Jinju International Jazz Festival in South Korea.

The unstoppable swing of Free Shots is a wave that swirls vigorously, thanks to the sound of contemporary Pop shaken with the energy of modern swing. The Genoese band found its current lineup in 2014 and has since continued to captivate audiences with its impetuous live performances that blend the classic acoustic sound with electronic sequences crafted by the on-stage producer.

LORENZO FASSI
Passion and creativity. Electronic and afro melodies meet in the sound of Lorenzo Fassi, international DJ, with residencies in Milan, Ibiza, London, Courmayeur and Costa Smeralda, and founder of Club Haus 80’s one of Milan’s most renowned concept parties. He has played alongside some of the best stars of the contemporary music scene such as Peggy Gou, Giorgio Moroder, Sven Vath, Martin Solveig and Bob Sinclar, to name a few. On Thursday 21 March and Thursday 23 May, Lorenzo Fassi makes his appearance at the Armani Hotel Milano with two evenings of unmissable sound: the first accompanied by reminiscences of Afro-Cuban music using percussion; the second by the enchanting sound of sax.
To celebrate the Design Week, on Thursday 18th April the performance will combine deejay set with sax and percussion, for a unique music experience.
