    On November 20th, Armani/Ristorante celebrates one of the most captivating ingredients in cuisine: chocolate.   In collaboration with maître chocolatier Guido Gobino, a symbol of Italian artisanal excellence, Executive Chef Francesco Mascheroni presents an exclusive tasting menu that captures the essence of autumn through unexpected harmonies of cacao.   Each dish is a journey of textures, aromas, and nuances, where chocolate—in its most refined expressions—interacts with seasonal ingredients in perfect balance.   From the entrée to dessert, every course is designed to enhance the raw material selected by Guido Gobino, in a crescendo of flavors that enchant and delight. A unique experience where culinary passion meets the art of chocolate, set against the sophisticated backdrop of the Armani Hotel Milano.
